Hello Winter!

Boy this has been a weird fall.

Today, the high temperature in Suburban Washington, DC is 48!

That's right - 48 degrees.

And that's before the wind chill. The forecast calls for wind gusts up to 40mph this afternoon.

Sounds more like Winter to me!

I agree -- it feels like we skipped fall. My neighbor was giving me a hard time when I was all bundled up yesterday because I always say how much I love fall (which I do.) But it didn't feel like fall.

At 34 degrees, it felt like winter!!! I want fall to come for a while. And if it refuses, then I want snow, because cold weather is no fun without snow to look at!
